The brushed aluminum interior trim on my car is looking kind of bad. It's chipping in a couple places from the previous owner. Does anyone know where I can get a good replacement?
depending on how deep the chipping is you may want to look into vinyl wrapping the interior trim pieces It's fairly cheap and will allow you to change up the color/texture a bit if you wanted to as well.
I agree with TBau, try vinyl. It can actually look good. If it's chipping, sand it smooth and vinyl it. I've been messing around with my trim. Currently used teckwrap gloss carbon fiber. Once I get bored of it I'll go with black brushed aluminum. It's relatively cheap and changes the interior and it was only 20$ for the entire interior.

I was referring to the chipping that the op has mentioned, otherwise no sanding is needed, just thorough cleaning. And it's best to remove the door trim completely.
Going back to the op, if youre set on replacing the trim, try car-part.com, it's a collection of salvage yards where you can search by distance as well. They usually have cars for parts. I doubt they'll have the individual trim pieces listed but if you search for doors or interior panels, you can probably call and see if they'd be OK with splitting up the trim. I've done that before and was able to find small pita to find interior parts. Hth

can you take the door trim off sans removing the panel?
