Tanabe exhaust tips not sitting flush

I just recently installed the axle back exhaust and the tips are not sitting flush out back...you can see the right side is much higher than the left. i'm super OCD about it and what them to sit flush together. i've been back under the car to check and ensure to tighten everything up and its all fine. dont know what else to do to fix it, any ideas?

Check your left OEM hanger with the metal and rubber portion, it looks like its either bent a bit or the rubber is loose and letting it sag a bit.

Mine did this a just a hair only about 1/4 inch but like you I have OCD with that stuff too. Adjusted the hanger and voila good to go.

There's nothing wrong with the parts except that they need to be adjusted. Gently bend the hangers up, down, left, or right so as to position the tips where you want them to be.

The ones closest to the tip would be what I'd try first. You can use an oversized deep socket on a 1/2" ratchet or even a breaker bar to get leverage. From the looks of your pic you can either push the drivers side hanger down and to the left (toward the drivers side) or if you like the way the drivers side is hanging down then move the passenger side up a bit. Either of those tweaks should get you close, then just fine tune until your OCD has subsided

Yeah, mine did this also.

All you have to do is bend the hangers on the mufflers till it lines up. I bent it a little, put it on the car and adjust if needed.
