I hardly use my wipers since I wax my windshield but when I do, I use the one piece RainX version.

I'll second PhoQ's choice. Although I haven't used the Aero Vogue yet, their super silicone wiper are great.

i used to automatically re+re the OEM wipers with aftermarket units when i bought a car. my go-to aftermarket wiper was Bosch Icon. a very good blade.

i did this with the G37 as well. however, i then switched back to OEM insert refills and haven't looked back. at ~$6/ea you can't beat the value and they perform very well. the OE style of wiper arm is retained and they can be changed more frequently as needed for a very low cost.

so for the G37, i say stick with the OEM refills.

OEM FTW, and refills only cost about $5 per side.

Bosch Icons ftw. Oem worked well for me, but the rubber started to split after only a few months.
