Help figuring out shifting points for track day
So as the title says, need help trying to figure out where to shift my gears when on the track. I've seem to have hit a wall with what I'm getting out of my car but I know I can get quicker times than what I've put down (best of 13.55 @ 101.06mph). Honestly I've been kissing the rev limiter every gear when I'm going but am starting to think I need to second guess my approach. Anyone have any opinions / suggestions on how to determine best shifting points per gear?

I found a pretty informative article on another site which breaks down how to utilize your dyno and get ratio to break down optimal shift points for each specific car / gear. Guess I had some PT (Premature Threading )
In all seriousness, how dependable are these numbers?

So after an otherwise boring Saturday evening I went ahead and used the data that was provided from that website I found and came up with the following..... For the sake of saving time and spare you from trying to read my horrible handwriting this is what I came up with.
Shift points:
1st Gear = 7,250 RPM
2nd Gear = 6,500 RPM
3rd Gear = 7,000 RPM
Any opinions? Anything I'm missing? Did I completely screw this up?
