Not much. You've better off keeping the stock exhaust to put back on when you get rid of the car and sell the aftermarket one.

If you sell your car, it's best to have all aftermarket parts swapped back out to OEM. You'll get the most money back that way.

Depends how bad you want to get rid of them.

I bought a set of OEM mufflers, no other piping, for $40 picked up locally. Only 16k on them too. I got a pretty good deal but I agree with what everyone else said, you might be better off keeping them if you get rid of the car later on.

Parting out and returning to stock is usually the way to go

 

For many parts agreed. Exhaust isn't one of them. After a few years, the labor required to remove exhaust parts is excessive. Most fasteners rot and corrode, especially in wintry states where salt is used. If/when I sell the car, the exhaust that's on there now is staying. The Q300 exhaust has been on my car for 3 years and 13K miles. I *may* be able to break loose segments of the exhaust, but the connections at the cat are not coming apart without a torch.
