Rusting brake wheel mounts

Rusting brake wheel mounts
I have a 2013 xS sedan. I just had all 4 rotors replaced, now, less than 2 weeks later the center of the rotors (that holds the lug nuts) are rusting. I did not go to the dealer, I thought I'd save money by going to a Goodyear shop. Clearly, they used inferior parts. I plan to take the car back to them.
My question is this: Should I demand better rotors, or is this a coincidence? (The answer is yes)
I know that they bought the rotors from Advanced Auto Parts. They must have ordered the lowest grade of rotor they had. I am beginning to think that I should have gone to the dealer, but I did not want to pay double for the work.
I am also thinking that I should get the rotors from Stoptech or some other supplier, but the car is leased and it would be a bummer to put great brakes on a leased car.
Your thoughts are appreciated.

This looks like one of those cases where you get what you pay for. They are probably cheap rotors without any protective coating to stop the rust. Is there a reason they didnt just turn the OEM rotors, seems kinda soon to be replacing rotors.
You can always pull off the rotors and sand down the center where it is rusting and paint it with caliper paint to keep the corrosion away, for a while.

My only experience with brakes on an Infiniti was on my previous 06 G35 6 sp manual.
I had to replace the OEM brakes at 84948 miles in April 2009. The dealer did the work and turned the rotors as well as replacing pads. It cost me $529.71 including 7% NJ tax I never had another brake issue and those pads and rotors were still on the vehicle when I traded it in on August 31st 2012 with 171796 miles with about 3mm left on the pads.
Usually when you buy cheap you end up buying twice.
My advise is if you paid Goodyear by credit card call your credit card company to dispute the charge and request a charge-back. Take the vehicle to an Infiniti dealer and have the dealer certify the poor quality parts used and give them to you after they replace the pads and rotors. Take photos as well as the dealers written documentation, make copies and send the photos and documentation to your credit card company to receive your money back from Goodyear.
Good luck
