Help

Good day gentlemen, ladies...I have a 2011 g37xs sedan (silver) and would like to upgrade the rims and tires.
To be clear, I am an older, more circumspect gentleman with an edge. My car is only slightly more important than my girlfriend if you get my meaning.

What would you recommend?
Keeping in mind that I require a combination of performance with a quality, sexy, edgy visual profile.
I will also be looking for information about exhaust to gain a slightly more gutteral sound...I live in Canada if that makes a difference and do have extra rims for winter driving...if I ever get to do that again...confused yet? Go for it.

Be gentle...this is my first post.

Cheers.

For wheels I went with forged Rays from the G35, not fancy but I like them and they're lighter than the other wheels I was looking at.

From an exhaust standpoint I went Fast Intentions, resonated high flow cats and a 12 inch resonated exhaust.

For wheels, consider going with an 18" forged model. They are lighter and stronger than cast, and aid in everything from acceleration to handling. There's also a better (and cheaper) selection of tires available than for 19 or 22" wheels. My personal choice is BBS RG-Rs.

As for exhaust, I liked the note the Stillen true dual exhaust produces at both idle and max RPM, but you should take the time to listen to a variety of them. It's very much a personal choice.

LOL I see what you are saying, I went with a cleaner, simpler look but with a little bit of a performance look. Whatever wheels you decide on make sure the offsets are spot on.

Fast intentions exhaust will def give you a meaner/deeper sound. For an instant gratification on performance I would personally suggest a long tube cold air intake. Takeda is the most affordable, offers the same or better gains in most categories, and can be installed without having to cut away any of your rubber in the engine bay.
Aesthetics I suggest you go with a set of Niches or Vossens depending on what price your willing to spend. If your really balling then get some SSR's or any other 3 piece forged wheel. A midnight grill is only $300 and it does some good for the look on the outside.
