I'm far more impressed with them than I expected to be. And since the tips are of similar quality, and only 4" round rather than some of the larger and more awkward 4.5" tips... well, it's a keeper.
It's a fair point, but I'm still not a fan of shiny cans, regardless of how great the craftsmanship is. What if FI offered a flat black muffler option for minimal cost? Would you still opt for the polished version?

Also, keep in mind that I'm strictly talking about the mufflers. I have no problem with the polished tips. I agree with you that the FI tips are some of the sexiest tips I've seen on an exhaust, so much so, that if I could find similar tips for purchase, I'd buy and weld them on my Tanabe's in a heartbeat.

If I hadn't seen these first hand, installed on my car? Then yes, I would have opted for the elusive and non-existent Black Muffler Option. But with hindsight, no, because I like how it turned out.

I love your car so much. Granted, I also have a vibrant red sedan. But yours is just something else.

But aftermarket exhaust, roof wing, painted emblems, tinted tails... and something I've never ever seen before.

There's a red pinstripe under the lip of the lower bumper. Honestly, I'm not really digging it, but I really like the creativity. Now that I'm looking at it more, I'm thinking it might flow better in black rather than red.

Either way, thumbs up.

And a respectably solid 13.57 quarter mile in your sig. Also none too shabby.

Can't sneak anything past you! Have you seen the Nismo 370z? It comes with the "red accent" package. I happen to LOVE anything red, so that's where the idea came from. It's just cheap pin stripe from auto zone and I can just pull it off. I also have it on the side mirrors which I really like.

Oh man. You just wandered into this thread with buckets of awesome. Looking at your car, I could care less that this is a Sedan thread, because OMG that's beautiful.

Excuse me while I eye-hump those pics for a while.

John, you didn't notice that the Emblem is slightly offset? I thought nothing gets past you

I never said that, so I don't have anything to defend.

There are moments, like this one, where I regret getting the Sedan 6MT, and wish I had bought the Coupe. Fleeting moments, but still... this is a beautiful car that ICE posted.

Autokits-X Diffuser, yes. I love it. Took them a month to build and ship it, but it was worth it. Fitment is spot on. It's held on using two stock clips on the underside, 3M tape along the top and a zip tie behind the license plate.

Found a CF one on the classifieds. Been thinking about it. I won't have my wheels for a whole so it'll look weird on a stock G37. Lol
