Lasha,
The 7AT G37 is IMHO a very reliable car. The drivetrain is shared with the 370Z and is known to be reliable. The manual transmission and clutch are the biggest problem areas with the G37 ... so if you are looking for an auto this should not affect you.
The other comments are correct - the RWD sedan with the Sport package (whether 6MT or 7AT) will have the VLSD. If it's just a RWD sedan without the Sport package it will not.

stock suspension for the sport models are stiffer than non-sport models. I have an X which is even more refined as far as ride quality is concerned and over rough pavement it handles imperfections well. My wife Honda Odyssey handles them better, but her van has a lot more body roll. I live in Maine and the roads here are very rough so I think you will probably be happy even with the sport suspension. I plan on getting coilovers and sways even though the roads are crappy. Too many awesome drives in the summertime up here, lots of twisties.
well right now i have 2010 camry se 2.5 and its perfect no problem in 2 years
I use it everywhere really really everywhere on raugh and crapy roads
in my country Georgia, tbilisi we have horrible roads so camry is very soft and very strong for our roads
i like drifting, sideways and donuts mostly in rain and parking lots
soo i think that the problems will be veeery common to clutch
mostly every evening we have biiig traffic jams here
and fuel price is pretty high
and i dont thick that manual gerabox would be better than auto
everyday im driving alone in car soo i dont need back seats and i like coupe but also like sedan, its somehow beautiful
i cant make choice

There are no ECU chip tuning for this car afaik. Even if there is they will be pretty useless, you'll just be better off getting an uprev tune by a tuner. Also imo a muffler delete, CAI, and headers should not even get you 350hp to the crank. They have very minimal gains, but the car will probably sound nicer.
If you look at their website, all they sell you is a console cable, and some software licenses and tuning. There's no other hardware.
Also, is there a way to go back to stock with Uprev without paying for a down-tune?
