Hello all! I just hit one month as a proud owner of a G! I just installed a Stillen G3 CAI, and it's AMAZING. Now I want to get something aesthically appealing, and this wing is a perfect anniversary gift to my G! Is the prototype fitting completed? Ready to sell? I have read throughout this whole thread, but I would like a definitive answer that is up to date. Thanks all, and nice to meet you all!

Thanks for this Rochester, honestly this looks like the best roof spoiler for the G sedan. $100 painted:

You're welcome. Happy to be a part of it.

I agree... best roof wing for the G Sedan, without any of the tacky look that tends to accompany this kind of mod.

Just ordered and installed one of these as a Birthday present for myself.

Wish I would have done this earlier. Ranks up there with the OEM Spoiler as one of those no-brainer mods. The only complaint I have is that the finish on the spoiler looks better than the OEM paint job on my car :-)

Excellent experience from start to finish. Even the wife said "that looks like it should have come with the car"

Note that I have since pulled up the left side and lined it up a little better than what's shown in the pics.

Did the install alone with a little help from some masking tape (needed for alignment).

Special thanks to Rochester for his write-up and insight.

Looks like my 40 year old 5-burner Trane Furnace made it into one of those photos....

Still works like new.

Need to replace that thing soon.

Saw this post, and decided to give it a try. LOVE IT! Rochester was spot on! They painted it for me, color matches perfect, and shipped it from Taiwan, all in less than a week! Fitment is great, product is great, and I couldn't be happier!

Thanks Rochester and Happybuyitnow!

You are very welcome.

The HBIN Extreme3 really is the best looking rear window trim piece out there for the G Sedan.

I want to eventually get one but I also will have my roof wrapped gloss black. Do you think the kh3 will match the 3m wrap?

lorentzoe, you've modified your car with a pretty standard rack of bolt-ons... wheels, springs, sways, etc. I'd say that makes your opinion here about OEM parts-only... well, it's somewhat silly.

But even if you weren't in conflict with your own automotive values, somehow threading an ideological needle that only you can see, this is a pretty deep thread for an established mod. The point being, you wandering in and dumping on it is akin to comment trolling, don't you think?

I think the better question is, will whatever wrap you use match KH3?

But you know, I don't think it matters for gloss black. Particularly if your rear window is tinted, which is a giant gloss black area already, right?

Got me thinking about this one...

Not sure how it looks on the Q50S...I don't have a rear trunk spoiler.
INFINITI '14+ Q50 SEDAN PAINTED EXTREME 3RD. ROOF SPOILER Nissan Skyline

Out of place?
Yes or no?

Actually I have a few mods performance wise not one cosmetic. Ported Throttle body/plenum/lower manfold, intake, exhaust, hfc, lightweight pulley, ect. Suspension is actually on coilovers. Not a pissing contest. Yes stock wheels because I like oem looks. Lol, wasn't trying to be like that just figured by reading your post that your on the fence about it but made a ****storm by throwing in opinion. Should of clarified I like oem looks wise but love little things like how the grill is painted white and how fogs match front license plate. That's all I was getting at.
