The New Oldsmobiles are in Early This Year!

Was in the dealership over the weekend for my 4000 miles oil change and check up. Did an extensive walk of the lot while there. A couple of observations:
  • there sure are alot of QX80's on the lot... rows and rows of them. obviously they are not selling too many of them. At $70K i can see why
  • they still have a couple of 2013 G37's for sale
  • some 2014 q50's are still on the lot.
Withg regard to the Q40's i found it interesting that they also have the "3.7" badge on the side like the Q50 does.

I saw the license plate "Lake Norman Infiniti", and had to do a double take.

I forgot you were in Charlotte

Lake Norman Infiniti wont stop calling me, ever since I let them flash my trans. They are trying to get me to lease or purchase a new car.

That's where I purchased my 2011 G37S. I get it serviced at the Independence location. They both call me all the time. I'm due for maintenance now, so I guess one will get their wish. It's always fun to look at the new stuff.

I went to the Independence location twice, both times with buying a new car in mind. Twice i was completely ignored, not one saleman came up to me to ask if i needed anything. Left both times with nothing and bought my cars in Lake Norman.

Are they cool about flashing the trans? Do they know to use the Consult 3 cable first, then the Consult 3 plus?

At least the G35 and the G37 made sense and didn't confuse the public.

When even automobile magazine writers are scratching their heads it's a big blunder.

And now that guy moved on to Cadillac where he's going to implement the same failed strategy.

Did u folks see the new Mercedes named convention for their SUVs and cars? They are doing something similar to what Infiniti did.
