Oem rear spoiler, front chin, upper rear spoiler, midnight grille, Cusco strut bar, upgrade headlights/fogs/turns etc. GTR start button, rear turn signal blinker mod

Honestly, I think the diode dynamics interior LED kit is about the best mod you can do. I love the leds. Also you can do midnight grill like me for 150. Paddle shifters suck imo, seems like a gimmick to me hence why I did not get the sport, that and the seats in the sport are for tiny asians, not fat 225 american behemoths like myself.
And paddles are very useful once you know how to drive the car with them. My last car had paddles, so using them on the G is easy. I'm never in auto mode.
Agree on he LED's. And the gas. You could paint the stock chrome spoiler to match the car for under $250.

how about some car care products interior / exterior. Wax, detail stuff, leather care, etc.....250 can get you a couple of things to keep your G looking sharp 
Go out and have a nice night on the town with your significant other, if applicable. Go to a nice steak restaurant and spend the left over money on some car care items.

Did you weld the OEM exhaust tips back on the straight pipes?
Might consider these, nice subtle (aesthetic) upgrade that I think is well worth it.

Also vinyl wrap window trim yourself for <$20
LEDs as well (at least for license plate & backup lights)
