Body kits to make the G37 sedan look "cooler?"

I'm trying to decide whether to go for a 2011/2012 G37 coupe or sedan, but I think I'm leaning towards the sedan (backseats, more room, etc.). However, even though I like the general "look" of the sedan, I think it's lacking a bit of the aggressive styling that appeals to me on the coupe.

With that being said, can anyone recommend a good body kit (or even just a few panels, bumper, grill, whatever) to make the sedan look a bit more curvaceous and styled? This probably sounds like a ridiculously generalized question, but I'm not familiar at all with the kit/modding "scene," and I figured that there might be a so-called shortlist of, for example, the top 3 most popular body kits.

Also, I'm not sure if my eyes have just been playing tricks on me, but it seems like every once in a while, I see a G37 that looks more eye-catching and aesthetically pleasing than the majority I see driving around. The thing is, the closest Infiniti dealership is ~2 hours away, so I can't just drive through the lot and peruse the selection and variety of sedans. I do know that one of the sexier G37 sedans I saw recently was a G37S -- maybe the OEM "sport" body kit deserves the credit? (Although, to be honest, I don't really see much of a difference when comparing online photos of G37s and G37Ss for sale...).

Sorry if my question sounds stupid. Thanks in advance for any recommendations...

Here's my G37x with the non-sport front lip w/ OEM Midnight Black Grill.

It's like adding a boutonniere to a tuxedo. I highly recommend it. If you have extra disposable income look into the OEM trunk lip spoiler.

Very nice! I'm confused, though; you say that it's the non-sport front lip? The reason I'm confused is because is because I thought I had seen that same front lip on several sport G37s, but maybe I'm mixed up??

OK, thanks for clarifying. Just out of curiosity, do you know if there is any way to get the IPL "look "on the sedan?

If you want that aggressive look; you're better off getting getting the 'S' trim. That's if your budget permits.

The 'S' trim comes with a lot more than the non-sport
- Paddle Shifters
- More Adjustments on your Seats
- BBK (i think?) for RWD sedans.
I'm sure i'm missing a few things.

Yep, definitely planning on going for the S trim!

I know I gotta be wrong here, but the photo of the car that dragion posted with the sport lip looks very similar to the photo of the one you posted (with the non-sport lip); are they not the same?

No. The sport and non-sport bumpers themselves are different. The lips will not fit the other bumpers.

That and the lips are slightly different as well.

Different dampers and faster ratio steering.

The seats are more heavily bolstered. Some people think too much so.

And yes, BBK on RWD cars.

Wheels and a drop go a lot farther then body kits. Just saying.

Body kits are for riced out Hondas. The G already comes with good body lines that don't need to be altered too much. A simple drop and good looking wheels with some fat tires in the rear (either 275 or 285) along with the front lip spoiler and rear deck kid spoiler will go along way. Just take the money you'd spend on a body lot for the G, which the few I've seen aren't cheap, and buy a set of coil overs, sway bars, RHFC, and some wheels with summer tires and you'll be very happy.

If you want just a lip and diffuser you can go with an OEM lip as stated above and add an AutoKitsX diffuser.

As far as full body kits there are not too many options for the G sedan.
IMHO the only full kits to consider are Access Evolution or Carbon Signal.

I'm kind of biased as to which to choose...

Thanks for the suggestions. Yeah, I don't want some cheesy riced-out look like you'd see on some 16 year-old's Honda.

So let me get this straight about lips -- for some of them, your G37 has to have the G37S bumper in order for the lip to fit... is this correct? Also, probably another dumb question, but do all G37S's come, by default, with the sport lip?
