yep, it makes the hissing sound on decel at slower speeds. i kinda like it. makes me feel like theres something else under the hood. as far as the others had mentioined about the scraping, it seems like that was taken care of with this, it doesnt hang near as low anymore. my old one used to scrape all the time.
