Top Speed Pro 1 Exhaust

Ok guys. My buddy and I finally installed the Top Speed Pro 1 exhaust and Manzo racing y pipe on my sedan. Install was very straight forward and took us about 2 hours to install on jack stands. Right after install the mid pipe was rubbing on the heat shield and rattled pretty loud. We jacked the G back up and removed the heat shield above the mid pipe and all is good now. The exhaust is very good quality and sounds amazing. A perfect combination of sexiness and deep tone. The car does rev a little easier now. Overall I paid $700 shipped for the Top Speed Pro 1 which was the mid pipe and rear axles and the Manzo Y pipe. I am very satisfied!!!!

Little bit of deeper tone. The TopSpeed is only mid pipe and rear mufflers. I wanted a full catback which was why i got the y pipe as well.

I mean does it do anything for performance besides make it sound different? How efficient are these systems? I mean sure they sound good but with the 350z HRs it was all about dual exhaust = the most horse power.

$700 to make it sound cool vs adding HP doesn't sound like a good investment to me.

If all it is about is the sound, then to each his own

I am not sure how much HP but the car does accelerate a lot better. Maybe others with the same setup can chime in. Besides, $700 shipped for a full catback is pretty good for me.

I did a pretty simmilar setup to this. I got the Topspeed Pro-1 exhaust, a Megan Racing Y-Pipe, ART Pipes, and then modified the Topspeed exhaust to fit the Megan Racing Y-Pipe. The MR Ypipe is 2.5" in and 3" out which is more free flowing than the factory HR Ypipe but the Topspeed exhaust is 2.5" in split to dual 2.25". I got a flowmaster 3" in to dual 2.5" y section that I had an exhaust shop install on the Topspeed exhaust to make sure it all flowed right and sounded good. This setup plus the Motordyne ART pipes gave me another 25whp easily and sounds AWESOME. No drone, no rasp, not TOO loud but still agressive as **** under full throttle. I'll have to upload some pix/videos so you guys can see exactly what i did and how it sounds. Hope i explained it all accurately lol!

A friend of mine has the same setup on a 3.5 HR sedan (I've got the 3.7) except he has Megan Racing Resonated TPs instead of ART pipes. He dyno'd 292whp on a Dynojet without a tune. Take in to account the difference between the 3.5 and 3.7 and probably 10whp difference between the MR TPs and the ART pipes and I'm expecting about 310whp without a tune. With an UPREV tune I'm expecting 320ish@the rear wheels...

Oh and we both have Stillen Gen 3 Intakes installed...

I am still debating between R2C or Stillen/Takeda intakes

As with any other mod, I've read good and bad reviews on all the parts. Stillen claims up to 20whp with the Gen 3 intakes. Now keep in mind that is with supporting mods. It is a piece of the whole puzzle. People throw them on stock cars, let the ecu adjust for the more air coming in but do nothing to aide the exhaust from leaving the car and net the same numbers as a stock intake. Paired with a good exhaust and a good tune, I wholeheartedly belive 20whp is attainable.
