Since Nissan and infiniti are the same would their coverage be the same?

My neighbor has a 2012 maxima, he went to Nissan to inquire about his coverage because he saw I was having problem and he also purchase the extended warranty, they gave him this pamphlet specifically showing what it cover.

The basic coverage is in red, the extended warranty is in Green color and was told the extended covers basically everything the basic covers except the tire rotation.

 

That is correct. Mine broke and I went to the parts dept to buy a new one since it was my fault. Parts dude told me they only sell the complete unit, not just the little flap that typically breaks. Since it was nearly $200 he told me to see a service advisor and try to get it covered under warranty. They did cover it, and I only had the basic warranty as I never purchase extended or additional coverage on, well.. anything.

 

Might as well bring the car and get a maxima or a use 2012-13 g37 xs lol

I have found this on ebay but apparently it work well, if I order it would it be hard to install?
