Sebring tuning mufflers

OK so I finally gave up on trying to get my coups Exoticspeed twin canister muffler cut and installed on my sedan to match the Exoticspeed mid pipe. So I did some searching and saw these. I was also reading "old" thread that FI uses or used to use these mufflers? What you guys think?

I'm on the fence about those tips. I like them, but I can't see them on a G.

I like them because they are different. They should look right at home on the g, give them a try and post some pics.

Be interesting to see them on. I really like the idea of quad tips but couldn't justify the additional expense at that time. If I go with the body kit I have my eye on then I may wind up going that route anyway. Just need to figure out how to get to FI to have the swap done.

Not a bad look, still retains the oval for the most part while still having separation for the quad output. IMO should look pretty badas$ back there.

Most quad tips I've ever seen were custom made off an aftermarket exhaust.
Example: ark grip exhaust + custom work = ark quad exhaust
Looks and sounds amazing.

Of course, costs more money =[

Keep us updated. I'm in the market for a muffler/exhaust for my 2012 sedan, but can't justify spending $1k+ on a FI or Stillen.

From: Framingham Ma,
Will do, Just got a price for them Really good, $125 each so $250 shipped. An It would cost me 60-80$ to have them installed. I'm taking one last swing at my Exotic Speed muffler this Saturday, Was sent to them but a guy I was talking to who has a custom 5 inch Single ! for his Diesel F350 truck

That's pretty reasonable considering the price of most axlebacks for our car.

I don't think it would be too difficult to make an axle back for the sedan. Might be something to look into considering it would only require welding at the muffler. I don't want my car any louder but I dont want to pay 600 bucks for the Tanabe and have huge tips either.

From: Framingham Ma,
Always thought $600+( HKS is $800) for mufflers was craziness, But then again when I bought this cat-back I paid under $600 , and now its over $1100.

Agree with blnewt, looks like it would accentuate the curved lines of the G. Please post sound clips when you have it done, I would like to look into this as an alternative to the Tanabe axleback.

I'm seriously considering a simple muffler delete that someone has posted on here. It sounds good and cost around $100. If the Sebring sounds good I might spring for that because I'm a little hesitant to not have a muffler......
