Stillen exhaust packaging

I've searched the forum about the stillen catback exhaust packaging, didn't seem to find what I was looking for. So here goes, I went to the dealership to get a quote for the exhaust and they said it'll be cheaper for me if I provide them with the exhaust. However I was wondering how big is the the exhaust? If I get it shipped to my house will I be able to put it in my car and take it to the dealership or will it be too heavy or too big? Now I might be able to get that shipped to the dealership however my dealer suggested that I keep my stock exhaust just in case I need to claim warranty, so suppose I get the stillen exhausts installed, will I be able to bring back my stock exhausts in my car or is it too big? Any suggestions?

You will have to take the exhaust apart into the disparate pieces, but you can definitely fit everything. In a coupe, you'll need to drop the backseat.

Worst case, you can make multiple trips, or even rent a truck from Home Depot or uhaul.

The exhausts are one of the easiest installs to do yourself, or at least a friend w/ a few tools and some jackstands could help out. Maybe post in the regional threads that you need some help installing an exhaust, might find a member here willing to help.

that's what I'm wondering is it possible to take the exhaust apart into pieces because I can't make multiple trips as the nearest dealership is 50miles away and I'm not driving a truck. BTW I have a sedan. will have to go to the dealer because they said if I let them install it then they will keep my warranty.

The muffler can go in the trunk, xpipe can fit if you drop the backseat, and the y pipe can fit in the rear of the cabin. Cats can fit in the foot wells.

Boom.

I got the stillen cat back exhaust and there is no way it wl fit in a g37. It comes in 2 big boxes. I had to fold down the back seat and the front passanger seat in my wifes EX to make it to fit in it.

Any other way to fit the xpipe, for some weird reason the sedan's backseats don't fold.

Of course i didnt unload it. I kept the stock IPL cat back and it wouldnt fit back n the boxes either. Try to unpack it sounds like these guys have done it. Or i guess you could just have the ship address as the shop that wl install.

Holy crap. Googled it, verified. That's insane.

You might be able to fit the OEM xpipe of you fold down the passenger seat and put it diagonally.

Idk buddy, maybe borrow a truck from a friend?
