My current challenge- I have the mold madefor the side skirts and trying to make a one piece side skirt. But it is not easy to make an 80" long side skirt from one piece.
The rear splats/aprons/splitters, what ever you want to call them are much easier since they are much shorter. I Have made the mold for the 2007-2009 rear bumper. Need to find a 2010+ rear bumper to make a the rear add ons for it.

It is a real work in progress and I will have pictures of the first protype when I make a presentable set.

The front splitter will be a challenge because of all the different setups we run, I myself have an aftermarket bumper on my front end.
I can try and make a simple 1" splitter lip for the front that will be wide enough for all of our setup options. Or slowly make one for each bumper, 07-09 sport and non-sport with the oem lips and also the blacktop aero-top lip. Then the 2010+ journey and sport bumpers with oem lips.

For now one thing is sure, I will have the side skirts ready Frist because we all run the same ones from 2007+, with just two options, Base or sport. I have both the Base side skirts and the sport ones as well.
Awesome bro. Really looking forward to this. Appreciate the work you are putting into this.

I'm very interested in some sideskirts and a front splitter that can be intergrated with the Journey bumper w/the optional lip.

I'm in for the 10'+ Journey front lip. Can't wait to see the final product. I'd like to see an Access Evolution style front lip for the Journey. That would be my preference.

Please excuse the prejudgement, you're right, no offense intended, and you certainly seem to be very capable of pulling something like this off. I caught photos of your car and the custom work on it, truly fine craftsmanship and your attention to detail is admirable (particularly w your front end). I'm excited to see how you pull this off, hope you consider me a potential customer if things pan out well. Thanks!

Interested! Can't wait to see the prototype, I believe alot of us have been searching for a side skirt with a lip that is worth paying for.

For the rear splitter, will it run the length of the rear or just around the rear spats? As I will probably be picking up the 07-08 autokitX rear diffuser but might hold off if yours might be better.

And thanks for putting the work into this for us!

I'm in for custom pieces for my new kit, I'd travel down to Portland if you were interested in making a few one off pieces

I've been on the brink of ordering the a/x piece as well, but definitely need spats as well (to hide my mufflers that stick out a bit too much.)

based on the price OP is estimating - $100 shipped - safe bet that these are just spats. Hopefully timeframe is pretty soon on these.

FWIW, ravspec seems to be stocking the BTaero (kenstyle knockoff) spats again, which are ~$150 in fiberglass, but I'd MUCH rather support a forum member, especially for $50 less!

(I'm trying for the carbonsignal look on the cheap..no way I'm springing >$1000 on this project.)
