ACCS is a "clean air" system comprised of an auto-recirculation function, Plasmacluster filtration, and grape polyphenol filter. The system can remove 90% of allergens and germs from the cabin air in 5 min., and 99.5% in 15 min. Plasmacluster ions are used to remove germs from the cabin at a rate of 90% in two weeks of 60 min of driving each day.

No problem. That link floats around the forum from time to time, so I bookmarked it. Funny thing is, there's an error on the "Sport Package RWD" for the 6MT, showing it as not applicable. Which is funny because that's kind of the whole point of buying the 6MT in the first place.

You know what else I discovered from that site? The final drive ratio on the 6MT (both Coupe and Sedan) is 3.692, which I already knew. But the 6MT Vert has a 3.916 rear end.

Yep.

I'm guessing that's to compensate for the extra 440 pounds. Seriously... 440.

I've always loosely planned on a rear end upgrade to 4.083 gearing, but if the 6MT Vert is a direct swap, I wonder if I could swap the whole rear end from a junkyard 6MT Vert instead? It's certainly something worth looking into. Honestly, I don't know what the cost differential would be (no pun, although a damn good one).

I haven't driven the 6MT (wife...sigh) but it must have a longer first gear than the auto if you think it needs more gear. The 7AT first gear is really short already. Another 20% and it would just get eaten up by traction control (or wheel spin if you turn it off).

(Edit: anyone else getting a malicious url alert in here? I have AdBlock on, too.)

Need? More of a want than a need.

on the side note... Rochester on that infinitihelp site I found that power tilt and telescope steering wheel with entry/exit assist are Standard on 6MT ... and then sometime ago I think I read somewhere on here that the entry/exit assist ( where the steering wheel goes towards the cluster as you shut off the car and goes right back out towards you once you start the car ) doesn't come with the 6mt sedans... what about you? I don't know anymore... is it there or its not? maybe it is but never knew how to set it up or something isn't functioning properly?

I heard about that feature... don't have it myself. I think it only applies to the AT. But if you really want that experience, I suppose you could program one of the two presets to do the same thing.

that's what I was told that it only applies to the AT , for some reason it says otherwise on that site... no biggie anyway... just don't like how they cut off many sort of useful nice features for the 6mt for no apparent reason.. meh I guess you can't always get everything you would want ,eh?
