G37 to continue through 2015

So from what I have read online, the next G37 will be coming out in the summer of 2014 as a 2015 model. It will be built on the new Mercedes C-class frame. It will be unveiled at the 2014 auto-show. Of course the salesman at the infiniti store says I should buy one now because the price on the 2015 will be higher and there will be far less inventory of the 2013 to choose from by then. I was wondering if anyone out there has any additional info on the upcoming g sedan. My plan is to wait till I see what the new model looks like and based on that decide if to buy in the next few months or wait it out till the summer for the release...ANY THOUGHTS?
You might be thinking of the replacement for the Q60 (G37 coupe renamed) which is rumored to be built on a MB platform.

So the G37 sedan will have no changes to it through MY2015? They will produce the same model with no updates for another year. I just want to be sure I understand before I go down and buy one now vs this coming summer. Thanks!

The G37 sedan will only be produced for two more years. The Q30 FWD sedan/hatchback will then take over as the entry point to the marque after that.

Infiniti corporate swears that there will no 2014 g37 released to the pubic, but rather just for employees/dealership loaners..Personally I don't believe them as they're just gauging how well the q50 sells before they make up their mind to continue G line or not! Terrible communication to the public!

I'm optimistic. I'm thinking the reason they're offering the G37 sedan for two more years, to not lose (as much) of their performance crowd. I'm hoping the Q60 will be even better than the G37 coupe. If they want to not entirely lose all their credentials, they will still want a halo car. I agree without a manual transmission, it's a deal breaker for some. However they and their competitors sell so many more automatics, hopefully they will still focus on performance of the coupe and especially the IPL coupe. I know they want to become more mainstream, but you sell a lot of Chevy's when people come to the dealer to look at the Vette. Certainly I may well be wrong, but I can at least hope the coupe will be a great vehicle. Then when they drop the G37 sedan, they won't get bad press for for not staying competitive. It sucks for the sedan and MT owners, but hopefully the coupe (and vert) will be a great option for forum members. I think the Q60s, both in standard form and especially in IPL form will be far more expensive than the G37. With the different nomenclature than the Q50, and the much higher price, I think they will have to maintain performance along with luxury. Benz chassis rumor is a good sign.
