So I got into a minor fender bender on Friday. Tapped the guy in front of me while merging onto the highway. My bumper needs to be resprayed and the grill needs to be replaced (I already have a spare grill).

The licence plate bracket also needs to be replaced. I called a couple of dealers and they want around $90 for it, which is ridiculous for a small piece of plastic. I'm thinking of just leaving it off, hopefully I won't have any issue. I live in Texas and while it is the law to have two plates it really isn't enforced.

 

this works very well. and you don't have to drill on the face of your bumper. this can be bought at your local Autozone store as well.
