2009 g37x code p0021 and p0030 please help

Hello everyone I have a 2009 g37x with 184,000 miles on it. the car just started to throw the check engine light and it wont rev past 2500 rpms. Its really ruff and hard to drive. I took it to auto zone and I pulled up both codes. the tech said its the camshaft position sensor and that the p0030 is a misfire because of it. Did anyone ever go through this? and is there a DIY I been looking all over and i cant find it. Any help would be appreciated.

From: Framingham Ma,
One has to do with the other, I had a p0300 random misfire code for an air intake leak and threw the cam sensor also. You cam sensor can be bad and cause the random misfire. I guess I would start with , when was the last tune up, plugs etc? And do you have a front timing cover oil leak? that would cause the cam sensor code to throw also?
