So here it is,
went to the dealer ship and inquire about it lol, I own a 2009 g37 xs the guy at the dealer want to give me 17,500 for my car wen I still owe 26 000 on it and the cost of the new 2013 was 53 000 with the sport package.

No mentioning of the incentive or the voucher at all,
plus he dare insult my friend for buying a brand new 2013 Nissan Maxima and said I'm sure you wouldn't like to drive his car.

once again some of you are right to call them stealership lol.
