DOMOWhat's up everyone. I've got an 09 g37xs sedan that I bought new and have about 20,000 miles on it. I will be posting pictures in the next few days. Can anyone give me some input on a new stillen supercharger vs a GTM twin turbo. Would you recommend one over the other. Preferably replies from someone who has had either installed. Also if you have any recommendations for an East Coast installer as close as possible to Allentown, PA

Um, car forum.

I'm fascinated that the first thing you want to do with this car is slap on a supercharger. This is something you've done before? Anyway, you'll have far better luck in the Engine, Drivetrain and FI forum than you will in the Sedan section. Not much here except basic bolt-on mods and small visual stuff. Probably half the members in the Sedan forum are leasing their cars, and 99% of them are daily drivers.

For the most part, the gear-heads and the garage queens don't hang out together.

Nope. Like I said, I think you're fishing in the wrong pond. And if I were to continue that analogy, it seems you've never fished before, but would like to catch a marlin.

There's information and experienced members in the FI forum. Good luck.

Welcome to the forum. Try using the advanced search feature to narrow down your results a bit. There's a comparison thread of the two somewhere that has some good info. Don't worry about never having done it before, everyone has a first time and starts from somewhere. The best possible thing you can do is just what you are doing - read up a lot on what you're interested in doing. Talk with people who've done it successfully and unsuccessfully. Talk to customers of shops you might use. Make sure you know as much as possible before spending a dime.

As far as finding a shop, post that question in your regional NorthEast forum to get info from guys in your area who would know.

Good luck.
