basic coverage expiring, what to check

So my basic coverage is about to expire on my 2009 G37 sedan. Any recommendations on what I should check before letting it lapse?

I do have an additional extended warranty from an aftermarket insurance company but it has a $100 deductible so I'd like to inspect small items ahead of time. I am considering taking it in for the 7AT flash but any suggestions would be great.

I would do any TSB updates like the 7AT one, other than that, if there's nothing wrong you really can't do much.
