I've got my eye on the OEM front and rear lips, but was curious with the new Q50 coming out later this summer if these will be harder to come by once it's released.

I know manufacturers support OEM parts for models well after they stop producing the cars, but wasn't sure about the accessories.

Also curious if you think the price will drop or go up?

Basically just trying to convince myself if I should order these parts now to avoid any headaches getting them later on.

Not saying their will be a shortage or anything like that but if you want it, get it

Price will stay the same, availability may take longer to get. They wont likely be "rare" but after several years dealerships may not stock them and have to order s they are purchased.

Hmm good to know, thanks! I'll probably order sometime soon to prevent the paint from fading any versus the new parts.

Mod budget is limited right now so I try and stretch my dollar as far as it'll go, was curious if there'd be a price drop or not, didn't want to order and kick myself for it in a few months. Doesn't sound like that will happen though.

If you take a look through some online vendors you'll see the 1st gen G35 Sedan & especially the coupe have great accesssory selection & availability. The second Gen G35/37 spans a lot of years and sold very well so I think there's not too much worry about aftermarket stuff or oem accessories. But like mentioned, might be easier to nail down true OEM stuff easier sooner than later.
