Just bought a 2009 G37s 6MT Sedan. New to the forums.
It is being shipped to me so I should have it by the end of the week or the next. I'm coming from an '06 coupe 6MT so I'm somewhat familiar with the G.
What are some inexpensive mods?
Anything I should know about the stock vehicle that I already don't?
Any other advice would be great!
thanks,
Steve

1. Please use the search function to it's fullest extent. Any questions that you may have would most likely have already been answered. If not, then you should start a new thread.
2. We don't know that you do or do not know, so therefore, it will be nigh impossible to answer this question.
General advise when buying any used car is to start of "fresh" with maintenance items such as fresh fluids, filters, plugs etc. This way there is no guessing as to whether or not things have/have not been done.
GL and enjoy the car.

There's a huge aftermarket supply for these cars... or at least, more so than your average sedan. Unfortunately, nothing is inexpensive like Civic-market kind of cheap.
However, here's one mod that will cost you less than $20 and make you happy each and every time you drive the car:

Welcome to the forum.
Are you looking for appearance or performance mods?
The clutch spring replacement mod Rochester linked too is a good one. You would not regret it.

LOL... clutch spring mod for an AT.
Sprint Booster. Although not actually a performance mod, just a mind trick on how you perceive throttle response. Oh, and not exactly cheap, either.

Welcome to the party! Always good to see another 6mt represent. Be sure to post pics once you take delivery.
Sways are a great DIY mod, and can be had for a couple hundred bucks. Make sure you have good tires on your new ride. Don't bother with intake hype. Just like the gen 1 and 2 g's, the oem intake is very efficient.
Have fun! And as always, search is your friend.
