Cool Today is the magic day

Getting my swift springs put on after work, do they need a week to settle in or i can go with spacers same day? my shop has them for 130 a pair i am going to try to fast talk them down to 200 for all four. 20mm

Get them on the same day, wait a week for the springs to settle, get alignment.

Thats what i am talking about right there!! and 20mm is not a force right?? also should i got to the dealer for the alignment or NTB or something?

I go to Firestone for my alignments. They have that lifetime alignment deal for $170. They do a pretty good job and I'm able to keep an eye on my ride while its being worked on.

Damn that is a good deal and that is for the life of your car or it is just for one year?

Try to get spacers w/ hubcentric rings and preferably a name brand. Many people have had problems w/ no-name spacers, lots of vibration (or worse).

Life of the vehicle as long as you own it.

I bring mine in every 6 months for an alignment whether I've had work done to the suspension or not. Because you never know when you're alignment or camber is outa whack until its too late.

And ya....it's a good deal. Better than paying $80 every time you need an alignment.

I am not sure what are the difference but they are the awd versions of the swift type.

The kind they have at the shop are "ichiba" he told me are they any good??

Yep, those will work fine, torque them to 80 ft. lbs and you're good to go. Check the torque after 500 miles.

I'm not familiar with Ichiba spacers, but I swear by H&R trak+...had them on my FX and "zero" problems.

Do the Ichiba spacers come with extended studs which need to replace the OEM ones or are they just bolt on?

If bolt on...don't do it!



If they are these...YES!

just got from the shop going to wait till weekend for good spacers measurements. but i like it so far easy to drive....
