Thinking about getting this sedan spoiler...thoughts?

I actually saw this picture online a while ago and kind of liked it, but today I saw a G sedan in traffic with this (or a similar) one on and it really looked sharp. What does anyone think and does anyone know where I can get one like it? Thanks.

I dont know whether or not to take you seriously because of your username ..... But i would pass on the spoiler, doesnt flow well with the car IMO ... instead i would go for a duckbill look, much nicer i would say

Go with 2009+ OEM, that raised spoiler looks hideous on a G. As a second option, paint the chrome piece to match your car. Other members have done this and it looks pretty slick.

That is not attractive. Makes the car look like a Mitsubishi.

Umm, that's a factory OEM spoiler. I don't see why the OP would be sarcastic about his post.

Best line ever in Amedaeus: "Too many notes."

However, in the context of all the G-Sedans on the road, it would look unique. So there's that.

It actually looked REALLY good in person, the picture doesn't do it justice at all. As an alternative I was also thinkin about this one which isn't as "busy", but also has a raised look.

I've seen it in person not too long ago... on another white Sedan, coincidentally, so I could compare it side-by-side with mine in a parking lot. And I respectfully disagree. The wing seems too much of a spoiler on top of a spoiler. Kind of awkward, IMO.

Still looking for opinions? I like that look. Much more OEM-looking than the actual OEM wing spoiler, which is kind of funny.

Go oem. If you have the 07 - 09 body style, I would say get the oem high wing. If you have the newer body style, stick with the oem flat spoiler. I like the look of the high wing especially when the car has big wheels on it. It takes away from the big butt look of our cars. To my eyes the G sedan seen from behind without a wing looks like an incomplete game of pin the tail on the donkey. What would look really nice tho is a Gen1 G35 sedan duckbill wing on the Gen2 sedan.

07-12 have the same body style, with minor differences in the front and rear bumper. trunk is the same. 07-08 OEM spoiler was the raised one. 09+ is the flush lip one. Different tastes for everyone. I personally don't like high spoilers.

OP didn't mention color he is looking for. Many of the newer colors were not available when that spoiler was available. Might have to add a paint job to the cost?

If you like it (which it seems you do), go for it. It's your car.

I bought mine from a company on ebay. INFINITI G37 ALL 4 DOOR MODELS Factory Style Painted Spoiler Wing Trim 2009-2013 | eBay

The quality is superb. The paint job is top notch. Install is super easy. I considered getting OEM, but Infiniti doesn't carry this spoiler in Vibrant Red.
