Just got rid of my Tanabe about a month ago. It looked great, not gonna lie. But there was almost no sound difference. Tried making it slightly louder with a Y-pipe, didn't help. The Top Speed sounds 2x better and louder than the Tanabe, and still has the looks. It isn't a knock off just because it looks like it, and also considering that the Top Speed is a y-back and the Tanabe is only an axleback.

Now that you guys are closing in on 20 I'm kinda pissed, thought my $399 shipped was the best price we'd see on these units

Here's a sound clip w/ my old 07 G35 that I sold to a friend and it's stock and my 09G37 w/ the TopSpeed. The sound breaks up a bit (crappy Netbook cam) but you get the idea.
