Has anyone had experience with exhaust wraps?

i've put it on my wrx and supra. kept temps down nicely in engine bay. major pita to put on though.

 

Why would you want these?

 

According to the website it keeps the engine bay temps down and therefore cooler intake if you have a k&n. Also it helps the exhaust breathe better since the hotter gas is expanding faster and therefore exits quicker
