Where is my HOOK!!??

Anyone know where I can find the tow hook on 09' G37S sedan?

I want to install a stillen tow hook license plate frame on my car, but I couldn't find the tow hook in the front not rear. Does anyone know where the tow hook in the front? Thanks!

Last resort, tow with flat bed truck and use straps through the rims.

Obviously not chains or anything that can damage the rim.

Under trunk mat, with spare and all that jazz. If it's not there someone jacked it.

Look up 'Recovery Hook' in section 6 of the owners manual.

In my 2011 manual it looks like the attached

OP isn't needing a tow. He's installing a Stillen tow hook license plate frame on his car.

No knife, more elbow grease .
See the illustration showing removal? Turn/rotate the tool (screwdriver) to the right.

I think having an offset plate like that looks tacky. Either have it in the middle or don't have it at all. YOMV

There's a cutout on the left side of the lower grille. There's a small slot in the edge of it for a screwdriver or the tool with your spare tire tools to be inserted to pry the cover off. It's not rocket science. Insert the item of your choice and pry it out. What part of that operation is giving you trouble?
