Has anyone seen this quad tip exhaust in person before?

I keep seeing people wanting quad tips for their exhaust, I was curious if anyone has bought the MXP Titanium exhaust for the sedan? I'm not interested in it, but thought I would post it up for those that might be interested and didn't know about it.

the reason you dont see it on our cars is because it requires bumper modification, which some are not very ok with.

Because then the G's price would shoot up to M range, and that would hurt sales and create inter-brand competition. Most of the what makes the G so attractive is its competitive price, we, crazy hp addicts only represent a very small percentage of the total G customers.

LOVE the way the quad exhaust looks on the G coupe...the rear end is wide enough to pull it off. I wonder how much the bumper would have to be modified

Quad exhaust can look good on the sedan, BLUESLATE had some on his car, not sure about now.

The big problem with the MXP exhaust is the price, $3500 for an exhaust is a lot, but it is titanium.

You can add quad tips to any exhaust, the problem is that you have to modify the bumper cutouts so the tips fit. IMO the setup above looks awful with the tips sitting below the rear lower valence

Totally agree! at first it looks good but once you get used to it, it sticks out like a sore thumb

This guy here has dual-tip magnaflows, and I don't believe the bumper is modified.

Pretty sure the tips would fit if they were 2.25" each... but only on the 2010+ model, because the cut-out for the tips is wider.

Not necessarily.

While the G would become more expensive and enter into other vehicles price range, the German manufacturers all have higher performance vehicles which stretch far past the base/moderately equipped next models.

A4 Base: 32,500
A6 Base: 42,200
S4 Base: 48,000

3 Series Base: 36,500
5 Series Base: 47,500
M3 Base: 60,100

C250 Base: 35,500
E350: 51,000
C63 Base: 59,800

Between the base and the performance models, each of these car makers have models which are a level up, but still less than the higher performance models.

Infiniti could probably swing a limited edition of a V8 engine for the high 40's/low 50's and still be VERY competitive in this market.
