Does anyone know where I can get a Cobb axcess port? I just picked up a 2011 6mt G37s Sedan and was hoping to get mild tune...

 

cobbs are disscontinued. you can only find them used. just make sure they are compatible with the 2011. But its better to tune after mods like intake and catback exhaust though.

 

I feel like I repeat this...a tune isn't going to do anything to a stock car that's worth spending money on. I guess if you want to say it has a tune that's worth something.

Tuning a stock car is pointless. But, if you want to do it, you an buy a Hypertech or go to a shop and get an UpRev tune. Everyone will tell you to wait until you've actually done some mods to your car.

 

Extra pedal?? I don't see any extra pedals. From right to left, throttle, brake, clutch.

Edit: you have an awd model, the OP has a 6mt... awd != 6mt, nor is a 6mt available in a awd (though that would be an awesome combination).

 

I think he may have been talking about the dead pedal.

awesome car bro! kudo's for getting the 6mt! I miss my 6mt coupe so much, Im 3 months in to my new awd auto sedan and I HATE it..the auto trans is terrible, power is never there when I need it, and it handles like a boat..wanna switch?

Where abouts are you in quincy? im more in the watertown/belmont area..

 

Use the paddles...and I don't get the handling difference. They are essentially the same car with extra, or less doors. It feels the same as my 09 vert...and I got a sedan with MT cause I don't like AT.

 

You got a really rear car from what i read on here, I take it your not from around here. Quincy is next to boston. If you have some pics of your car i'd love to see them.

 

absolutely no where close to the same car, auto can NEVER be mt, unless it was double clutch (m-dct), and paddles are all show, when I hit the downshift paddle, its a good 2 second delay. Since mine is an all wheel drive sedan, the suspension is a bit higher and not as stiff as I would like it to be around corners. Thats my biggest problem, I dont know why in hell I got an auto knowing I would hate it..

the icing on the cake would have been if it were a manual I have been with the G-community for a good 5 - 6 years and in MA for 12 years..
