I think my brake caliper color is too aggressive to not have the letters otherwise it looks little cheesy (personally). That is the main reason I went with the lettering. It draws attention to that and makes the car as a whole look more aggressive. And as you can see in the picture w/o the lettering (while the car is dirty which I don't have time to clean often), the car looks a lot less appealing. And yes I kind of like having fat look 18". Lowered on Eibachs with the 20mm spacers is pretty flush. Thanks for the complements guys! I would like to black out the exhaust mufflers blnewt, that looks good
No argument from me about your logic. Makes total sense, and it's a pretty unique look here on the G forum. Props for that. If only those letters came in a smaller size maybe...
When you are in 'quick reply' at the bottom of this page, hit the little picture icon, then either browse or drag a picture right into the popup overlay. Boom!
They are "TIRESTICKERS", so like a cm thick rubber lettering. Took about 2 hours to put them on. The biggest pain was cleaning the tires with acetone. I'm not sure about keeping them clean; I haven't gotten them dirty yet (driven probably 75 miles) but it comes with a cleaner so it shouldn't be difficult.
Yes Rochester in hindsight I would gotten like 1/3 of a size smaller but live and learn modding on a budget
I haven't even got to post my G on here yet and you literally have the exact same set up I want. I personally love the sedan sport wheels and was looking to dip them as well. Amazing looking G! Did you wrap the grille at all?

I'm guessing you mean a mm (millimeter) thick and not a cm (centimeter)? 1 cm thick would be a little over 3/8 of an inch thick!
Looks like you did a great job installing them! Curious to see how they hold up over time. Make sure to give us some updates in a few month.
