Lol. I consider the airlift major but it's not installed just yet. And I still have to order my exhaust. Just a few little "looks" things for now haha.

Nice ride, I noticed your custom grill and that you are also in the bay area. Where did you get your grill done and how much did it cost? Thanks

Nice!!!

You've got to be pumped.

I bet they don't give those away as party favors. :-)

Thats a very nice GLI edition. I was surprised how nice the GLI moves. Can't wait to feel her with an APR Tune.

Thank you. I'll be more pumped once I get these front tires replaced. The current 245/35's are throwing my AWD light. I thought I'd be ok as I'm at 3.1% different with the 275/35 rears, but nope. Actively looking for a set of 255/40's for the fronts. Car feels extremely different now with these wheels. Old wheels were 18" TSW's with 275/40's at all four corners. Steering feels MUCH lighter.

I bought them used so I saved a little bit. I still would love to trade these for a square set of R35 GTR 20x9.5's.

With AWD you want to be as close as possible, some say less than 1%. You'll need a 245/40 up front to match the 275/35 rears if you want to avoid throwing AWD/VDC lights.

I did the grille myself. I just ordered KH3 paint from automotivetouchup.com

Did you prime it or sand it, clear coat or anything? Or just cleaned it real good and used straight KH3 Paint? Thanks for the info

Sand. Clean. Degrease. 2coats adhesion promoter. 3coats primer. Sand. Clean. Wetsand. Clean. 3coats KH3 base. 3-4coats urethane clear. Need to give it a good polish to get rid of any orange peel. And then a nice sealant. Came out pretty nice but if I had to do it again, I would body color the Mt. Fuji logo. I'll be swapping out for the C-Mod mesh grille once I find time to prep and paint it!

That would be closer, but I eventually want to go to a 285/35 in the rear which is .4% different with the 255/40 fronts. The 275/35 rears are too stretched for my taste.

LED DRL (Daytime Running Lamps) were a factory option/accessory for G37 sedans. Not sure which years specifically, but definitely 2010+.

This. It's an expensive accy but TOTALLY worth it in my opinion. Looks amazing!
