^I believe those are OEM 17" wheels, which cannot fit over the brakes that come with the Sport model.
Pretty sure that's a standard/Journey model

where to get fog light kits or maybe some LEDs that arent cheap and ugly. ive seen some Gs with like 3 LEDs next to fogs.

The LEDs you're talking about that are on either side of the fogs are for 2010+ and they're not cheap at all.

Numerous people have added LEDs to a '09, but imo it usually ends up looking cheap and isn't worth it.

There's an aftermarket LED fog light replacement available for under $100, both sides, full Plug and play plastic housing and LED array into the harness. It looks interesting for the price, very possibly worth playing with if you're interested in using your fogs as decorative lighting rather than functional fog lights.
