Wannabe, install some aftermarket swaybars. Problem solved.
Srsly, you're whining like a baby about something that's easily fixed. Get some sways on that car, any brand... doesn't matter which.

I had aftermarket sways on my 08 G35S for a few months and got tired of the creaking and the fact that it stiffened up that car too much. I couldn't even get in my driveway without the car picking up its rear wheel on stock suspension.
My point is that this thing shouldn't need aftermarket sways to handle like it should. My 08 G35S handled just fine bone stock. For an S badged car, I am just baffled as to how not 'sporty' it is. I have been there done that with aftermarket stuff and I am just over it.
As far as BMW electrical issues, I know an entire club of people that do not complain about issues, and if something does pop up, they fix it.. as I do with this car. Except when it is an out of the box problem from the factory...
EDIT: As much as this pains me to do, I think I might look for a set of used aftermarket sways. I think this is complete bull**** but I guess if it is what I need to do in order to make me not want to put the car into a bridge support at 75mph then I will do it.

Went on a cruise, and friend got a rolling shot of me. Only change is the front bumper is being repainted + 3M Bra. Then off to AutoX and Track.
To me this is one of the nicest looking sedans on here, the IPL wheels & gold calipers are reminiscent of a GTR to me, very "OEM style" which is the same direction I'd like to take.
Really looks great, by any means if you have additional photos would be nice to see them
