The problem w/ the front is it's not rolled like the rear and a drop on H&Rs should be about zero-gap. If you go flush you'll hit the non rolled inner front fender edge. I've got 245/35/20s on 8.5+40 and although not flush I like the fit and it safely clears the inner fender edge. The +35 8.5 will be the best bet and running 245/35/20 you'll be good. The +20 you'll be grinding that fender metal pretty good, and even the outer fender edge would be in jeopardy

Thanks blwnet, you are very helpful! I always enjoy reading your replies. You have a wealth of info about the 2nd gen sedans! Next time, I will post in the appropriate thread. So I guess I will be going with the 20x8.5 +35. What spacer size can I run to get a little more flush without any problems? Or is a spacer totally out of the question?
its a custom diffuser done here in UAE by Carbon Signal. look them up...they do amazing work...

Yes I believe they just came out early January. They look great and I think they match my car color just right. they have 3 different color options- tinted/matte black, machined/gloss white, and graphite.
This is like looking into the mirror haha Looks good!!

:bigg thumpup:
Because these wheels are not offered in 9'' front wheel... but when you think about it what difference does it make? haha
going from 20x8.5 to a 20x10.5 makes sense
