Love the sound of this exhaust but the price tag is ridiculous. No exhaust unless they are made of titanium should go over $2k for our sedans

Meisterschaft makes it in Titanium, but for a whole lot more than $2k.

To me, the mesh grille makes a big visual distinction from other Gs on the road, a much sportier look vs. the "luxury" look of the chrome OEM grille (midnight grille is a step in the right direction, but still does not create a sport look IMO). Another big plus is that it looks OEM, great execution

Thanks for sharing photos, looking fwd to any more. Once I get my done sometime this Fall, I'm be sure to post some up as well.

Questions:
Did you use the front emblem from the OEM grille?
How did you fasten it to the mesh?
Also, how difficult is it to cut and fit the mesh?

Thanks in advance!

i used the Original emblem and just cut it's back part off and cut holes in the mesh to allow the emblem go back into original clips.

It was Fairly easy to cut, I simply cut at the line were the Chrome finish ends and the back black starts, this helped me keep the OEM grill shape and form

I pre cut the mesh on the spot and then took the grill off and pushed a 1/4" of the grill to the back all around.
I used a Black&Decker rotary tool with the cutoff disks to make the cutts clean and fast.
Good luck, cant wait to see how your grill will come out

The winter season is here and that means the wheels once again go into Blackout mode 4 coats of black dip and one coat of glossifier.
Also Installed my Stillen trunk spoiler and the roof spoiler as well.
Blacked out all of the chrome, Will get the headlight housing blacked out whenever I get a chance to baking them open.

Plus I always wanted a set of eyelids and decided to try and create my own.. by taping off the head light eye lid shape I want and then dipping 3 fast coats, while it is still somewhat wet, removed the tape and let it seemlessly bond with the headlight lens.

On an unrelated note, I didn't know you could get front proximity sensors on a G37.

My 2008 G sedan did not come with proximity senors.. I bought universal packages and drilled the holes and pulled the wiring and installed them myself.. Front and rear senors.

Nope.. I simply modified it and the cut a hole to let the emblem go into it's original clip in place. The Subframe of the grill is OEM and the Emblem

That's really good work on your grille and emblem.

I don't like your plastidipped eyelids at all. Not even a little bit. But nothing ventured... yahdah yadah. So kudos on the effort.

Looking nice all around, the more I see that grill the more I like it, about the best job I've seen on a mesh type grill. What roof spoiler is that?
Also I think your taillights would really go well w/ the rest of your G if you tried my GTR DIY, if you're interested and need the cutouts let me know
