Used ark, used springs & spacers You can get all 3 for 1200 total

Will give you the sound & lowered look with the spacers evening out the wheels so they don't tuck.

well for the time being, as i am hunting down a set of fairly rare wheels so it would be on stock wheels until those were located

Ya cause I got a brand new ark for 1200... I would go for the exhaust since you already got a slight drop!

IMO suspension > exhaust. 1200$ I think you could get brand new stance coils, not sure about the price though

Coilover, that's a no brainer.

You will appreciate the performance associated with suspension mods over the very minimal horsepower gain you will receive from a hit-or-miss quality exhaust system. Go with the coilovers. Just my $.02...

Quick question, what do you mean about the hit or miss part on the ark exhaust?

Coilover > Exhaust

I would definitely get some quality coils over an exhaust first to get your suspension right with good stance. Everything else should follow after IMO. Always do it right the first time, so you don't regret later down the line which will end up costing you more to deal with.
