what does it mean?

what does 'Loaner savings up to $10 per cost of fuel fill-up in loaner.' mean in this coupon?

Sounds like if you don't need a loaner, they will take 10% off your service bill, up to $10.

It is a little confusing but what ever it is you can be sure it's more likely in their best interest more than yours. I guess that's why they say to ask your service advisor about it.
On a side note, isn't that a pic of an 07-09 Sport with 10-11 Sport wheels? It just seems odd, coming from a dealership ad.

I called their dealership this morning coz I will have a loaner tomorrow. They said I need to pay $10 gas cost. Is it normal? but I forgot to ask if there are mileage limitation.

no, i usually just fill up to where the level was when i pick up the loaner.
