Midnight Grill

Midnight Grill

I finally got around to changing the grille. I attached some pics of the new grille. I didn't break the radiator cover as some have mentioned in the DIY section, but you have to remove the reservoir bolts and the bolt above the headlights (allows bumper to flex). The wiring harness below the cover needs to be unsecured. Just be careful not to scratch the paint when removing the old grille.

It's a very glossy metallic black. Sometimes with the reflection it still looks like the original grille. I'll try to post some other pictures later today.

Yep good call - i didn't like mine at first (came factory installed) but I LOVE it now!

It's more than I wanted to spend. If I remember right I got it for $325 at the dealership. They matched an online price I found. I know a lot of people get the original grille painted for a lot less, but I wanted to keep a clean factory look.

omg! why were people breaking the radiator cover in the DIY?! why not just remove it to change the grille and then put it back on when theyre done??
