Is that ceramic tint legit???

So, have any of you guys gotten your cars tinted with ceramic tint? If so, is there a way you can tell if it is the real deal or if i got my *** pulled up in my face?

Ceramic is a legit film, I heard its really good quality and helps block the sun better than other films. Is that true I dont know never had it. If my car didnt come tinted when I bought it I would get Ceramic tint!

Unless you watched them cut the tint from the roll right out of the box, you'd never know if it was the real thing or not. Even then, the roll can easily be switched out.

Your only safe and sure bet is to get it done at a reputable shop that you can trust.

I got Huper Optic. The demo on heat blocking was amazing and the HO network appears to be restricted to established tint shops. Mine had great customer service that would get me to go back on thenext car.

+1. I got the same and 30% all around. Works pretty well blocking the sun's heat IMO

I have ceramic tint on the G and can tell the difference in heat reduction inside the car. My other ride has non-ceramic... and both have black interiors. The G stays noticeably cooler.

I had 5% limo non-ceramic tint on my 2006 G35 coupe for several years. I just purchased a used 09 G37s and got 15% Formula One ceramic tint all around.

I live in Houston, Texas and we just went through more than 30 days of 100+ temps. I park outside daily.

Ceramic tint is straight legit. Well worth the money bro.

Ceramic tint can cause a rainbow effect if you wear good polarized sunglasses, but it's a legit HQ film.

Oh no, I agree. I have my entire front window tinted with 70% ceramic and the heat reduction is amazing.

I'm just saying that if the OP has no tint on the car, he has no way to judge just how much better the ceramic is. His car could get tinted with regular titanium tint and he'd think the heat was reduced dramatically, because it would be. He just wouldn't know how much better the ceramic is than conventional tint unless he has the ceramic.
