Sounds like there is something wrong, like it's not getting air...

A few things have caught my eye.
1. Stock 19's are not going to be that drastic. Yes, they are probably heavier and more rotational mass, but not going to hold the car back on the highway or affect the engines ability to rev to 3k. Not a tire issue.
2. While talking about tires, 45psi is too high! That may be why you are bouncing around the highway. 32-35psi is appropriate for a car tire. Check your door jam to be exact for the G.
3. If you've completed an air filter, oil change, and throttle body cleaning, then their is definitely an issue.
4. If the front right has a brake issue, the car would be pulling pretty hard. The brakes could be possible, but to have an issue equally and not have the car pull is rare.
5. Since you are not getting a CEL, I'm going to give my educated opinion that has not been mentioned. You've got bad gas, or water in the gas, or have a plugged up fuel filter from dirty gas.
Has this happened for an extended time over several tanks of gas? or just recently? Do you always use the same gas station?
...try some over the counter "dry gas" product and also find the highest octane somewhere else and fill up. If that doesn't make a difference, look into the filter.

Ok so here's my update on the situation: after all of the tune up and cleaning, reset ecu, the car wasn't feeling any better, so I did a accelerator position reset and voila the car is back.
it is FAST as day one and no heaviness.
As for my tires air pressure, I always had 33psi but for the sake of testing I put 45 to see any difference. The bounciness is there. Also, the car feels hella fast compared to my other cars on the freeway. I did a swap of my tires with the 17s and the cars speed was normal but when swapped back to 19s the car feels fast again. So I think its the rims that makes the car feel fast or I need to lower it since after I put the 19s on with over size tires, the car is about 5inches higher than with 17s.

No its not harsh its just bouncy. And I mean when I'm at speeds of 65 or so and hit a small freeway bumps (road imperfections) and I see myself almost hitting the ceiling of the car. Sometimes when I have passengers, I feel embarrassed cuz it feels like I'm driving one those rice burner and bouncing around.

What size tires do you have? Is the overall diameter taller that stock? If so, there's your problem. 19 inch rims should have 245/40, 275/35, 225/45. I went from stock 17's to sport 19's and only noticeable difference besides looks is better handling.
