Can anyone direct me to some quality pictures of a G37 sedan in Smoky Quartz?

Those pics tell the story. Smoky Quartz has different hues, depending on the lighting. Sometimes mine almost has a gold hue as in the first and second pic, and sometimes almost a slightly blue/silver color. Usually it looks mostly like the platinum graphite on the 08. I really like the color and I have to say, I've had no problems with the paint. It's a year old and looks pretty much like new. No chips, but then I don't do lots of highway. I did take it on a 2400 mile WI to ME and back trip, though.

Someone on one of the threads said "old man color". This old man disagrees!

Warp37, I'm considering this color for the practical reason that it would not show dirt road dust as much as the other colors. We have a dark blue truck and a dark red car and they are perpetually dust covered in the dry season and can be mud spattered in the winter. I wash & wax them and they look good for a few days and then they revert to their usual dust covered appearance. That is the price one pays for rural peace & quiet and being an old fart!

Looks like platinum graphite but with more or a brown hue where as PG is more of a gray. I like it!

I like Smoky Quartz and I almost bought my '10 G37x in that color. The only reason I didn't is the one the dealership had with a black interior & navi was a swap from another dealership and it already had the front bumper drilled for the license plate (we don't have front plates in KY). Too bad because it had lighted door sills also.

If I didn't fall in love with the Limited Edition Malbec Black, I would've ordered a G37xS with Smoky Quartz w/ Wheat interior w/ wood accent...

I feel like I'll really like this color when I'm 65.
