2011 G37x sedan tinted

Bought the car a couple of weeks ago and quickly realized that I needed the windows tinited. I decided to go with a 20 percent tint all around

Brother, I'm sorry, but those wheels are God-awful ugly. Nice tint, though!

Nice wheels! I tinted out my 2011 G37x last weekend after having the same realization as you. Too bad i could only do 35% on the front 4 windows and 20% on the back. I've already gotten out of one ticket here in Northern Va, and don't feel like being bothered by the law again for it.

On a related note, what do you guys use to clean your tinted windows. I know Windex is a nono because it has ammonia. I bought Stoner's invisible glass because it got good reviews and says tint safe but when I went on thier website it stated "safe for MOST aftermarket tinted windows" which has me a little worried because it doesn't say what types it's not safe for and doesn't clearly state that's it's ammonia free. I could use soap and water but that's a little messy and probably won't clean as well.

I got my tint done by the dealer so I didn't speak to the tint shop to see if Stoner's was OK.

I'd like some feedback on this as well.

Windex also makes a vinegar based window cleaner, without ammonia, and that's what I use.

I made my own window cleaner with ~ 4:1 water/vinegar ratio and a couple of cap-fulls of rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle. I use it with a microfiber towel and it works pretty well.
