Want to ruin the "sport" look of the car? Install wood.

IMO, the aluminum looks cheap, with a plastic appearance. It is the rich wood trims, not those in earlier G, that makes the interior matches the premium feel of the rest of the car.

no wood

no wood trim with the g37xs...You have to do what I did and get the g37x with wood and get some g37xs rims. There are many for sale. I also hated the g37xs seats..too constricting. Then get the shift paddles

Ditto on that one. I have a 2011 G37xS with Wood Trim. I hated the aluminum for that exact reason. My dealer swapped my aluminum trim with the wood from a donor car. Much better. I wouldn't have bought the car otherwise.

my 2008 G37 coupe had awesome aluminum trim along with my 2007 G35 coupe..the new coupe/sedan aluminum trims dont look as refined IMHO..I didnt want my sedan to have the wood trim, however once seeing the color combo I was getting and the new wood that Infiniti offers now, it looked legit and different so I'm a fan..

Another dealer is offering to swap the wood package from another car on the lot, can that be done without damage?
Herb Chambers in Boston always has sport sedans with wood and he orders a few fully loaded with everything down to the tech pkg, wood, spoiler and front black grille...Its where I got mine..

that is because the tech package is required for the interior accents. dont ask me why..this is what it says on their website..

Sport Package
Required for:

Technology Package
Interior Accents Package
Graphite Leather / Maple Accents
