Installed HK Sways

Installed my Hotckis sways this morning I started in the back because I've read here it's the most difficult of the two. I'll have to agree the endlinks were easy to break on the rear as well as the bushing brackets. Now the front was super easy with the exception of the end links made the mistake of using 3/8 drive 13pt socket which spun on the nut rounding an edge nicely (dammit ) So had to use a 6pt and a ball peen hammer to persuade it over the nut with the help of a little cheater bar it finally broke. Impressions after drive First thing I noticed was the steering input felt totally different tighter and more input from the road. Feels more sure footed and responsive to wheel input. Went out on the highway then took and exit of a State highway that transitions into an Interstate has a real aggressive left looping turn was looking forward to taking it at about 75mph but to much traffic didn't want to make any agressive moves to shoot the gap of slowpokes and have somebody soil their pants but it wanted to take that twisty a whole lot faster then I was able to. All in all very satisfied with the Hotchkis sways and would highly recommend them to any G driver AWD or RWD you definitely won't be dissapointed.

Which one did you use, and how does it look?

I went with the Rain X Latitude and while its a great operating blade, it looks bad compared to OEM.

Replaced the 2008 OEM door pull caps with the "Washi" style versions. I was on my second set of the "touch me not" shiny aluminum style caps and they were already looking pretty beat up after about a year.

Should have done this the first go around!

Here are the part numbers if anyone is interested:

RH – Part No. INF 80944-JL03A
LH – Part No. INF 80945-JL03A
